Does your program take place online or in-person?

Our program takes place online through web chat and our proprietary app.

How long is your program?

Our program is a minimum of 12 weeks. That said, we encourage companies to host rolling programs. When new employees join the company, they can join your WeChampion Circle. For employees who weren’t able to join in the first round, the Circle is open to them when they are ready.

What support do you provide?

Every group (we call them Circles) will be matched with a Success Guide from WeChampion. They will assist you in structuring the program, running the workshops, and matching your participants. In addition, customer support is provided at no extra cost.

What are the driver and champion roles?

  • The Driver drives their own success goals
  • The Champion listens to and supports the Driver in their goals

How much time is required from employees?

The standard program requires participants to commit 60-90 minutes per week for 12 weeks. However, this can be adjusted up or down depending on each customers' unique needs. This time includes the following:

  • A goals meeting with their Champion (15-30 minutes once per week)
  • A goals meeting with their Driver (15-30 minutes once per week)
  • A success workshop (30 - 60 minutes once per week) - this meeting is required for the first 4 weeks and optional after that

What happens when a Driver and Champion are not getting along?

If a participant (i.e. the Champion or Driver) is having less than a positive experience in the program, the Facilitator will hear from them in at least one of the following ways:

  • On the weekly success workshop
  • Via the app: the participant simply taps a button to notify the Circle Facilitator
  • Via text message: each participant receives a text after every meeting asking how their meeting went
  • Via the bi-weekly survey: we specifically ask questions to verify they are having a positive experience

The Circle Facilitator reaches out to the participant 1:1 to fully understand the issue. Together, the participant and the Facilitator determine the best next step. Simply rematching the participant with a new Driver or Champion is always a possibility. Listening and compassion toward both Champion and Driver is the key to a smooth program.
